It's been much too long since I've updated, and since I'm talking a whole lot more now than I did even a month ago, I figure it's time to get y'all back up to speed.

I had a great time at the Super Bowl party that Mommy and Daddy threw last weekend.  Lots of kids came over and so we played hide and seek, went down my slide (I like going head-first best), and played kitchen in my house.  I was sad they had to leave.  It's fun having people my own age around!

Speaking of that, I'm really looking forward to having a baby sister.  I like to point at Mommy's tummy and say "baby gurl".  Sometimes I kiss it too.  I know little Amelia is in there!

I love VeggieTales!!

Hello Xanga friends; it's been a little while.  Sorry that I haven't written much lately, but when Mommy and Daddy are hogging the computer, what can a girl do?  I tried typing on my own keyboard that Daddy gave me, but it doesn't seem to be hooked up; who does he think he's fooling?

Sometimes I like to wake up in the middle of the night and yell, "Snuggle, Daddy!  Snuggle, Daddy!"  Hee hee, I know he can't resist some of that action.

I love animals!  Last night Daddy and I were practicing my animal recognition skillz using my Baby Einstein animal flashcards.  There are forty-some cards, many of which are quite difficult to recognize, like otters and foxes.  But I was able to get 100% of them right, even correctly distinguishing between a butterfly and a dragonfly.

Daddy says I'm very smart.  I say he's right.

Sorry I haven't shared anything on my xanga site in awhile... I've been busy running all over the house, playing in my tent, coloring with washable markers in my Cinderella coloring book (I picked it out myself), and bringing Mommy book after book to read to me.  Plus, thanks to Grandmommy and Grandpa I now have wooden puzzles to play with.... could a girls life get any better?

Yesterday Mommy and Daddy and I went to see the Midwives who delivered me to check out my new little brother or sister.  They were able to hear the heartbeat in Mommy's belly.  After they checked Mommy I pulled up my shirt and pointed to my bellybutton.  The Midwife laughed and then put the Doppler up to my belly to listen.  I didn't like it very much because the gel she put on me to listen with was cold.

Tonight Aunt Kelly and Uncle Adam (and Uncle Adam's Mama who is in town) are coming over to watch me while my parents go on a hot date.  I hear we're eating pizza for dinner (my favorite!)..... should be fun times because they always let me stay up later than I'm allowed so they can play with me (but don't tell my Mama!)....
